@CaledonianNews @GCUSHLS @GCUPhysio I love that I got my PhD a few months early apparently 😁. But this was a nice chat about falls and some small suggestions for prevention. Concern for falling should not be a deterrent to activity, but a reminder from our body that we need to be smart.
