Once they advertised - if u take tickets from them, they will fully refund in case of illness, but its a trick, i am sure you are stucked here too!

@Dhimahi11 Be it hotel or airfare @EaseMyTrip has been a problematic site for anything, their advertisements are misleading and fooling customers, falling into their prey from exciting ads, we book through EMT which in fact is same as other several sites and others are better #saynotoEMT

My friend Booked a Deluxe Room at Hotel Wonder Hills Inn, Narkanda (Himachal Pradesh) through @EaseMyTrip On reaching the hotel, the staff told that no rooms were available and asked him to cancel the booking from EaseMyTrip, saying the hotel staff would help him get a refund. Just after this, two guests walked out of the hotel (they had checked in but didn’t take the room). Soon after, He received a call from a person named Vidit Arya (maybe the manager or owner, lives in Chandigarh). He said that a room is now available and they can check in. My friend denied because the room shown earlier did not look like a Deluxe Room, which is what he had booked and paid for. The hotel manager/employee said “this is the only room available, take it or find somewhere else”. When my friend asked clearly about the refund, he said “contact EaseMyTrip, I can’t help”. my friend asked the hotel staff to show other rooms, since earlier he claimed all rooms are deluxe. At this point, instead of clarifying, the hotel manager/ staff abused my friend verbally. Currently, he is trying to contact @EaseMyTrip customer support, but no one is picking up the calls. This entire experience shows misleading information, refusal to help with refund, and abusive behavior from hotel management, which is completely unacceptable. @EaseMyTrip I request you to look into this matter seriously and ensure customer safety and accountability.

@NexaExperience it's a nice car but the service from the dealer was horrible once the free service is over !!! I would never recommend automotiv belapur, infact no to nexa !!
