We placed 3rd at the Graveyard Hackathon 🪦 We built Constitutional Governance for ownership coins, a new way to balance founder control and token holder rights. Our thesis: governance works when it's constrained to actions that matter. Founders keep majority control, raise from VCs, and maintain a clean cap table.
