In 1999, hundreds of people in Belgium and France reported that they felt sick after drinking Coca Cola due to someone claiming the drinks were contaminated. It resulted in a massive recall of Coca Cola products. After an investigation by health authorities, it turned out to be a case of mass hysteria. The drinks were completely fine and the people had made themselves believe their bodies were sick. Just some food for thought.

@sjggraham You are correct that the Bible doesn’t say Stephen is X years old. Any investigation outside of the Bible is just man’s best attempt to make sense of what God has given us. Science and the Bible are not in contradiction of each other. Instead they prove each other.

@crossguided A scientific text book might also explain the years and seasons. But still, you don't know my age from reading these things. Nowhere in these books is my age given or even inferable. You need to investigate outside of them if you wish to determine my age.

@sjggraham We determine our age based on variables that God gave us. So when we go to the Bible and see how he created the day, night, and season we understand how we get our years that we use to determine our age. The Bible explains how we get there.
