Three hijacking incidents involving British American Tobacco Company delivery vehicles and employees are among the six case dockets seized from the home of suspended Gauteng Organised Crime Unit Sergeant Fannie Nkosi. Prosecutors linked some of the hijacking and robbery dockets to attacks on British American Tobacco (BAT) vehicles or employees. The remaining dockets concern cash-in-transit robberies in Roodepoort and Musina as well as unlawful access of information and common robbery. Some cases were closed as undetected despite available evidence. The state opposed bail and the hearing was postponed.
