@ZDangermouse @Theconcern34249 @virginmedia I was supposed to be getting 350 Mbps down and 35Mbps up. On average, I was lucky to get 100Mbps down and 14Mbps up. Two crap tivo boxes that captain caveman once owned plus a land line. No special package, just normal free to air channels at £104 a month. @virginmedia are crap!

I remember when they called me about my renewal and the woman said I’ll give you all sports and movies if you pay 15 more, so I said yasss… and she ended up miselling the whole package and they had to give me a £50 credit not every month… because they dont do bt sports anymore 🤷‍♀️🤣 thick as pig shit

@virginmedia not really great when you identify a problem with our broadband and the service has been intermittent for the last few days. We’re paying a lot of money per month for the service, not ideal when working from home, using to monitor children, use smart heating etc

@virginmedia @XCGM16 I received the new remote & updated system. Why can we not add more than 30 mins extra recording time. This is completely insufficient! Especially when recording sports. Getting fed up missing the end of programs. The TV guide needs work! Time bar is to far to the right at times.
