Who's creating the "OpenClaw for businesses" I'm guessing every company is currently building their own internal bot that has access all of their tools and orchestrates them together, but seems like a good opportunity for a startup to make a drop-in solution.

Expo is (smartly) cannibalizing its own business. With AI building apps, you don't really need react-native anymore. This won't happen overnight, but long term you'll just use AI to build to fully native apps.
Expo@expo

🙌 Today we're thrilled to introduce the beta of Expo Agent. At Expo our mission has always been the same: to make it as delightful as possible to build beautiful, powerful native apps. Expo Agent represents massive progress in our pursuit of that mission. Watch the video from @Baconbrix and get yourself on the waitlist right here: agent.expo.dev More details in the blog below ↓

We are hiring a Senior Backend Engineer @fold_app to help build out our Ledger & Payments Core. Understanding fundamental accounting principles and how traditional fiat payment rails work is critical to building the best bridge between BTC and USD. It unlocks user experiences that allow users to adopt the bitcoin standard at their own pace, with minimal friction. If building systems of record for money movement excites you, this is the role for you. Event driven architecture, best-in-class tooling, elite team. Details below.

The tragedy of being a millennial is that we’re stuck teaching both our parents and our kids how to use technology.

@nettermike Back in the mid 2000s I would get stopped ~1/4 times checking for fruit. Then they just stopped checking, then stopped sitting in the booths. Then they rebuilt the whole thing and I still have never seen a human in this fancy new facility. Absolute waste.

A perfect example of a waste of California taxpayer dollars, is the Agricultural Inspection Station coming back southbound from Las Vegas, into California, on interstate 15 California relocated the facility from just outside Barstow, to just over the border of California and Nevada. They built a huge new facility, and actually moved the interstate route, to go through it, and built several inspection booths, to funnel cars through individual lanes. Of course An Agricultural Inspection Station is necessary, to prevent out of state insects, from entering California and destroying the immense Fruits and vegetable economy of California. I have been to Las Vegas, and back, a total of 8 times in the last year. During everyone of those times, not once has any the of the inspection station booths, been occupied. There are cars in the parking lot, but no one occupying the actual inspection booths. So my question is, what good is it, literally moving the Interstate, building a brand new facility, if no one ever inspects anything? A huge waste of money!

@War4theWest @NickSzabo4 .. more loyal to the co. Over time economies of scale work and they become top tier talent. (Hence more Indian ceos). Americans got out hustled by people who wanted it more. We need to take a hard look at ourselves instead of complaining. Healthy competition is a good thing.

@War4theWest @NickSzabo4 Been in tech 20 yrs. What I’ve seen: Americans want more $ for less work. India (asia) construction their education systems specifically for American companies. They want no frills and will work their asses off. They’re weren’t top tier talent but worked harder/longer and were..

War for the West@War4theWest·
This is what many IT teams in 'America' look like today. It's common to walk the floors of American companies and see 75% or more of the team be Indian. You are asked to believe this is just 'coincidence'. That there is nothing fraudulent or exploitative going on. Worse? You are told that there isn't enough American talent to fill these jobs!!! Think about how crazy that is. America and Americans INVENTED the modern IT/Tech world in large part (some immigrants and foreigners were always involved and welcome)!! But suddenly, one day, Americans just began to suck at IT - what? Nope. They were displaced by cheaper, desperate workers. Most positions these workers filled were entry and mid-level, not 'top talent' jobs. Today, foreign born outnumber native born American citizens almost 2:1 in IT/Tech jobs across the country. And now they openly discriminate against Americans as they are in management and positions of power (this has been proved in countless court cases against companies like Apple and Facebook).

Now Bernie Sanders is saying he doesn't know where his birth certificate is. Are these people really so incompetent that they lose track of such an important document? Is that who we want leading our country?

Just checked Jony Ive’s design firm LoveFrom and the landing page is so confusing. It’s only a 30-second animation of a bear walking on a logo. No e-mail capture, about page, pricing or CTA button. How will clients know the offering or how much it costs or how to contact Jony?

@alexbosworth Would you really give up sats for on-demand crap clean up? You already paid taxes to help the people doing that. Cleanup should be included no?

Another AI service I’d like is a civic engagement bot. I often see unsavory stuff in public that bugs me like someone pooping in a playground (not to knock the big easy). Normally I just move on but could I pay some sats on LN to sponsor some bots trying to get things cleaned up?
