(2/2) Got a response stating they have not detected any mistake by their agents! Insisting that I confirmed changes of my flight which I didn’t. I am asking for any evidence whether email or transcripts. Has anyone faced a similar issue and can advice? #turkishairlines #flight

@TK_HelpDesk Spent 6 hrs with various agents. Paid over £100 on phone charges. Outcome so far: your colleagues assigned me a random flight which I didn't confirm & will not help me to fly with loved ones. Wanted me to pay for upgrade to be on the same flight! cheap way to make money! No?

@econmicro Hi, you need to contact our call center at +90 850 333 0 849 regarding ticket changes and other requests. As we aim to meet all of our passengers' demands completely, waiting time may take longer and in case you cannot get through, you may give us another call later.
