You were my favourite hello, and my hardest goodbye. Two weeks shy of her 12th birthday, I had to say my final goodbyes to Nilla last week. I am broken and the world feels "wrong" without her beside me. I will miss her for the rest of my life.

Had to set the camera up quickly for the after as there was a MASSIVE wind storm and I had been dodging falling trees/branches for a kilometer on the way back and wanted to gtfo before my car got damaged.

@normalmity @Brendzun when talking about fantasy MMOs everyone’s first intuition is to compare any of them to WoW since that was the most popular and well known game for 20 years in the genre (even outside of gaming spaces) so I probably wasnt wrong he didnt have to play it to know about it

Funny thing is, I had someone that told me to either choose video games and anime or her. She was attractive and all etc. I straight up told her I’d rather play video games and stay single. Because I know how that will end. No one should choose to give up hobbies for someone.

I know this is unpopular, but it will always be unattractive for a grown man to play video games. Some women might be understanding or pretend like they don’t care that you spend hours playing, but they do. It is extremely unattractive to women and will never not be. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Today's hike saw Piper fully ignore the whistle recall and take off about 300 ft from me. We were almost back to the car, so when I got closer to it, she did come back, but that's not the point. Back to basics it is, and no more off-leash for a while.

Fully off-leash :) Took about 20 min to get back to the car & by the end, she was tired of listening to the whistle, so she stopped responding. I had to put her back on the leash & reinforce the behaviour again before ending the day with a big positive whistle recall. WIP lol
