A few days ago I shared the idea. Today, Glimpse has a landing page 🎉 ✨ Collect testimonials with a simple link ✨ Turn feedback into beautiful social proof ✨ No more digging through DMs and screenshots Still early. Still building. Still figuring things out. Would love your feedback :)

@SumitM_X There are downsides and benefits, but overall I agree it can be avoided. A standard UUID is 128 bits, which might consider a big storage cost in some problem domains.

No one ever shows you what bad branding is, but many founders have it. You'd be surprised to know, that it's not just the looks. Bad branding: 1. Talks about what the product does, not what it fixes for the person 3. Uses language only the founder understands 3. No story, no face, no trust anchors, just a product asking you to buy Good branding: 1. Speaks to the problem before it mentions the solution 2. Simple enough that anyone gets it in 10 seconds 3. Builds trust before the ask, founder story, testimonials, why it exists The visuals is a cherry on top. Good branding is whether the right person feels like it was made for them.

Redis is much more than a cache. Give it a shot as the primary database for your next vibe-coded app. Use @upstash and don't worry about infra. Your agent will love you for it.

@ConsciousRide To stop UI lag at 100+ WebSocket events per second, throttle or batch the incoming data into a queue and trigger UI re-renders at a fixed interval instead of rendering on every single event.

I've been thinking about pricing model for Glimpse today. I made a decision and change it from a monthly subscription to a one-time payment. As an indie hacker building in public, subscriptions always felt like the default choice. But for my product, I'm not convinced it's the right fit. If you're building a SaaS or digital product, what would you choose? 🔄 Monthly subscription 💰 One-time payment And more importantly, why? 👇 #buildinpublic #indiehackers #saas #startup #solopreneur #pricingstrategy
