Too on point not to share, “Aussie reply to Trump rant about NATO not being there for us. Mate. You run a country with 600,000 homeless people sleeping on the street tonight. A country where 40% of adults can't cover a $400 emergency without borrowing money. A country where insulin costs more than a car payment and people are rationing it to survive. A country where medical debt is the number 1 cause of bankruptcy. A country where women are dying in hospital car parks because doctors are too scared of abortion laws to treat a miscarriage. You lock up more of your own citizens than any nation on earth. More than China. More than Russia. More than North Korea. The land of the free has 2 million people in cages, and a quarter of them haven't even been convicted of anything. They're just too poor to make bail. Your life expectancy is going backwards. You're the only developed nation where that's happening. Your infant mortality rate is worse than Cuba's. Your kids do active shooter drills between maths and English while you sell the gunmaker's stock to your mates. Your minimum wage hasn't moved in 15 years. You've got teachers working 2 jobs and veterans sleeping under bridges and you just spent a trillion dollars flattening a country that didn't attack you. And you’ve got a convicted felon, adjudicating raping, paedophile protecting, porn star shagging insurrectionist running the biggest dumpster fire war campaign since the Taliban thanked you very much for losing again. And you're calling Greenland poorly run? Greenland has universal healthcare. Free education. One of the lowest incarceration rates in the world. Nobody goes bankrupt there because they got sick. Nobody dies in a waiting room because their insurance said no. "NATO wasn't there when we needed them." When exactly was that, champ? September 11? Because NATO invoked Article 5 for the first and only time in history FOR YOU. Soldiers from dozens of countries deployed, fought, bled, and died in Afghanistan FOR YOU. Australia wasn't even in NATO and we still showed up. For 20 years. And you pulled out at 2am without telling anyone and left them to deal with the mess. So maybe before you start calling other countries poorly run, have a look at your own backyard, you spray-tanned aluminium siding salesman. The only thing poorly run in this picture is your fucking mouth. Credit (borrowed from) Jim Scroggins - original author 📷 unknown”

BREAKING: TACO TUESDAY! Trump CAVES on his threats to destroy Iran’s “whole civilization,” announces two-week cease-fire. Anyone checking in on social media right now will surely find themselves facing a deluge of taco pictures and memes. That’s because those taco posts are shorthand for the consistently accurate slogan “Trump Always Chickens Out.” Donald Trump spent Tuesday morning threatening to annihilate an entire civilization with bellicose threats against Iran if it did not reopen the oil tanker passageway, the Strait of Hormuz. By Tuesday evening, however, he had folded like a lawn chair. At 8 a.m., Trump posted on Truth Social that "a whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again." He set a hard deadline: Iran must open the Strait of Hormuz by 8 p.m. Eastern or face destruction. It was so extreme that Marjorie Taylor Greene called it "evil and madness." Alex Jones called it a war crime. Candace Owens demanded the 25th Amendment. Congressman Ro Khanna called for Trump's immediate removal. At 6:32 p.m. — 88 minutes before his own apocalyptic deadline — Trump blinked and posted this on his Truth Social feed: “Based on conversations with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir, of Pakistan, and wherein they requested that I hold off the destructive force being sent tonight to Iran, and subject to the Islamic Republic of Iran agreeing to the COMPLETE, IMMEDIATE, and SAFE OPENING of the Strait of Hormuz, I agree to suspend the bombing and attack of Iran for a period of two weeks. This will be a double sided CEASEFIRE! The reason for doing so is that we have already met and exceeded all Military objectives, and are very far along with a definitive Agreement concerning Longterm PEACE with Iran, and PEACE in the Middle East. We received a 10 point proposal from Iran, and believe it is a workable basis on which to negotiate. Almost all of the various points of past contention have been agreed to between the United States and Iran, but a two week period will allow the Agreement to be finalized and consummated. On behalf of the United States of America, as President, and also representing the Countries of the Middle East, it is an Honor to have this Longterm problem close to resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP" Trump posted this proclamation, but it’s unclear whether Iran has actually agreed to reopen the Strait. Especially since late-breaking news reports indicate that just 10 minutes after Trump posted his screed, Iran launched a new barrage of missiles toward Israel, according to the Israeli Defense Forces. This wasn't even the first time that Trump backed off from his increasingly meaningless threats. In fact, this marks the fourth time Trump has issued a deadline threat against Iran and then quietly abandoned it when the clock ran out. Four deadlines. Four caves. Zero results. Let's recap the full arc of Tuesday alone. Trump threatened civilizational annihilation at breakfast, and then apparently half of his own base began calling for his removal under the 25th Amendment. And then, with 88 minutes left on his self-imposed doomsday clock, he announced a two-week pause that Iran didn't even request, in response to a proposal from Pakistan. Not Iran. Pakistan. This is the art of the deal. This is the tough-guy dealmaker who was going to bring America's adversaries to their knees. This is the man who threatened to wipe out a civilization — and then, when 8 p.m. approached, and the cameras were still rolling, and the bombs hadn't dropped, discovered that maybe two more weeks would be good actually. "A whole civilization will die tonight," Trump promised at 8 a.m. By 6:32 p.m., the only thing that died was his credibility. Don’t be surprised if we go through the exact same scenario in two weeks when the negotiations stall. Please like and share!

He drives a school bus in Dallas, Texas. But the kids on his route call him something else — Dad. Every morning before the sun is fully up, Curtis Jenkins pulls his yellow school bus to the curb and waits. Not just to pick up kids. To see them. For seven years, Curtis noticed things other people missed. The little girl who folded her paper lunch bag perfectly every day but left it on the bus — because there was nothing inside. The boy whose shoes were too small. The kids who got on quiet, eyes down, carrying weight no child should have to carry alone. So Curtis did something simple. He made his bus a community. He gave every child a job — a greeter, an assistant, a "police officer" keeping order in the aisles. Every morning he'd call out, "We're going to care about each other and love everybody, right?" And 50 small voices would answer back. But it didn't stop there. Over the years, Curtis spent thousands of dollars of his own money — money he saved by skipping his own Christmas gifts with his wife — on birthday cards, bikes, backpacks, turkeys at Thanksgiving, and 70 hand-wrapped Christmas presents. He didn't buy random gifts. He asked each child what they wanted. Then he went and got exactly that. No donation page. No announcement. No cameras. When the story finally got out and people questioned how a bus driver could afford it, Curtis just smiled. "It doesn't take money. It takes discipline." But here's the part that will stay with you. When a reporter asked the kids what they loved most about Curtis — not one of them mentioned the gifts. A fifth grader named Ethan, whose parents had divorced when he was four, looked up and said quietly: "He's the father that I always wanted. In some ways, I wish my dad could have been like that." Curtis heard it. Didn't flinch. Just nodded. "That's the paycheck right there," he said later. "If I can get that, you can keep the money." He wasn't looking for a medal. He wasn't going viral on purpose. He was just a man who decided, every single morning, that his bus would be the safest place those kids walked into all day. Sometimes the person who changes a child's life forever isn't a teacher or a coach or a counselor. Sometimes it's the person behind the wheel of a yellow bus at 7 a.m. — who chose to show up, and chose to care, when nobody was asking him to. Tag someone who needs to read this today. 💛

BREAKING: Here is what some active-duty Marines are calling Pete Hegseth’s Pentagon — and it doesn’t make him look good. Pete Hegseth wanted to be called the "Secretary of War," instead of Secretary of Defense. Now, his own troops have a different title in mind. Rep. Seth Moulton — a Marine combat veteran who actually served in Iraq, unlike the Fox News host currently running the Pentagon — dropped a bombshell this week that should stop every American cold: "I know active-duty Marines who now refer to Pete Hegseth's department as the Department of War Crimes." These aren’t former officials, nor political opponents. These are active-duty Marines, the people Hegseth commands. These are the people who have watched him operate up close. They are calling their own department the Department of War Crimes — and according to Moulton, they're doing it because of what they've been ordered to do. The nickname is a savage mashup of Hegseth's own self-aggrandizing rebrand of the Department of Defense as the "Department of War" — because nothing says serious military leadership like cosplay branding — and the growing mountain of evidence that his tenure has been defined by actions that legal experts are calling war crimes. The list is staggering: Airstrikes in Yemen that allegedly hit residential buildings, killing at least 224 civilians. Strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities of questionable legality under both domestic and international law. An alleged no-survivors attack order issued against vessels in the Caribbean. A lightning invasion of Venezuela launched without congressional authorization. And now Trump's announced intention to target Iranian civilian energy infrastructure — the same playbook, Moulton noted pointedly, that the United States spent years condemning Vladimir Putin for using in Ukraine. "It's meant to hurt civilians," Moulton said. "This is the same stuff we criticized Vladimir Putin for doing in Ukraine." Over a thousand civilians have been killed in the Iran war. More than a hundred of them were children, killed when a missile — believed to be American — struck a school. Hegseth's spokesperson responded to questions about war crimes by quoting the man himself: "They target civilians. We do not, and I can tell you this administration and this Pentagon focuses on that very, very closely." A school full of children would beg to differ. If they could. And "Department of War Crimes" isn't even the only nickname Hegseth has earned in the building. Pentagon staffers have also taken to calling him "Dumb McNamara" — a reference to Vietnam-era Defense Secretary Robert McNamara, who sent tens of thousands of Americans to die in a war he privately knew was unwinnable. The comparison is not a compliment. McNamara, for all his catastrophic failures, was at least regarded as intellectually serious. Hegseth, the Fox & Friends Weekend host who needed a Vice Presidential tiebreaker to get confirmed, is regarded as having McNamara's appetite for escalation without the analytical credentials. Same body count. Fewer brain cells. This is the man running America's military. This is the man who has fired over a dozen decorated generals and replaced them with loyalists and personal aides. This is the man whose troops — the ones actually carrying out his orders — have given his department a name that should haunt every single person who confirmed him. Please like and share this post if you believe "Department of War Crimes" should never be how America's military is described accurately — and certainly not by its own Marines.

BREAKING: 23 Democratic states and D.C. hit Trump with a MASSIVE lawsuit over his blatantly unconstitutional order to restrict mail-in voting ahead of the midterm elections. This is EXACTLY what we've all been waiting for... “The President wants to control your vote. He wants to tell the Postal Service what ballots they can accept and when. But this is patently unconstitutional,” stated Washington Attorney General Nick Brown. “And come November, despite the president’s lawless threats, we’ll once again use that power to protect our democracy.” The suit outlines how the Constitution clearly invests the states with the primary authority when it comes to how elections are administered. It's beyond the president's powers to circumvent Congress and directly, unilaterally change federal election procedures in such a fashion. “The Court should declare the specified provisions of the EO(Executive Order) unlawful and void and order corresponding preliminary and permanent relief,” the lawsuit, which was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, states. It further states that Trump's order would create a new paradigm in which we allow the White House to "amend and dictate election law by fiat based on the President's whims" and argues that the order "violates bedrock principles of federalism and separation of powers." Trump's executive order, signed earlier this week, directs the U.S. Postal Service to only send ballots to eligible voters named on a list provided by Homeland Security, with assistance from the Social Security Administration. Not only that, but the order threatens to withhold federal funds from states that refuse to comply. This vaguely described and largely opaque screening process would be designed solely to make it harder for Americans to vote, thus depressing turnout and helping Republicans in elections despite their cratering popularity. The suit is led by the attorneys general of California, Massachusetts, Nevada, and Washington. They're joined by the attorneys general of Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, D.C., Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and Wisconsin. Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro is also party to the suit. “Free and fair elections are the cornerstone of our democracy, and no president has the power to rewrite the rules on his own,” stated New York Attorney General Letitia James. “This executive order is yet another attempt to disenfranchise voters and sow distrust in our electoral system as we head into the next election cycle.” This entire voter suppression effort is rendered patently absurd by the fact that Donald Trump himself just cast a mail-in ballot last month for a Florida special election. As always with this fascist, it's one set of rules for him and more restrictive ones for the rest of us. Please ❤️ and share if you support the lawsuit!

BREAKING: SWEET KARMA! A report surfaces that Kristi Noem's husband's "busty bimbo" crossdressing fetish may have been exposed by an undocumented sex worker who was disgusted with Noem's fascist MAGA policies. This is just too perfect... According to Axios reporter Marc Caputo, a source texted him on February 13th with a "weird lead." The source said that an "immigrant sex worker" who was "possibly in the country illegally" wanted to go public about Noem's husband "using her services online" to get "vengeance" against Homeland Security's crackdowns. Caputo himself ultimately was unable to get the interview, but The Daily Mail broke the story of Noem's husband earlier today. In their reporting, they revealed that Bryon Noem likes to dress up in cartoonishly large breasts, pink pants, and then chat online with fetish models. He expressed a love for "huge, huge ridiculous boobs" and photos of him in his bizarre getup have been revealed. "It's called bimbofication. People who modify their body to look like a doll. The Barbie look," one of the models explained to The Daily Mail. Noem sent at least $25,000 to his online contacts via Cash App and PayPal. The outlet spoke to security experts who suggested that Noem's sexual proclivities, deeply embarrassing as they are, made him and by extension his wife susceptible to blackmail. "If a media organization can find this out, you can assume with a high degree of confidence that a hostile intelligence service knows this as well," former CIA officer Marc Polymeropoulos said. "Damaging information like this can be a tantalizing lead for a hostile intelligence service," he added. "They approach the person and say, if you work with us we won't expose this, and if you don't, we will. That's espionage 101." "It's astounding that somebody whose spouse is at that level has that kind of bad judgment," former Soviet spy Jack Barsky turned American counterintelligence asset said. Normally, legal sexual conduct between consenting adults — even married ones — would be none of our business. But in this case, the hypocrisy is just too much to bear. The Republican Party is obsessed with invading our bedrooms, with demonizing and outlawing the LGBTQ community, and with enforcing a strict, straight-laced heterosexual worldview. Meanwhile, they don't hold themselves to the same arbitrary standards behind closed doors. If Bryon Noem's fetish was indeed exposed by an undocumented migrant, it's exactly what he deserves for failing to speak out against his wife's deeply cruel policies towards the migrant community. We commend them! Please ❤️ and share!

🚨 MAJOR BREAKING: New court filing: the bullet used to kill Charlie Kirk does not match the rifle allegedly used by suspect Tyler Robinson. The murder weapon and the alleged murder weapon are not the same weapon. This is not a minor evidentiary dispute. If the bullet doesn’t match the gun — the prosecution’s case has a fundamental problem. Joe Kent said on Tucker Carlson that the NCTC investigation into Kirk’s death was stopped. Kent said Kirk’s last words to him were: stop us from getting into a war with Iran. Kent confirmed Kirk was under documented pressure from pro-Israel donors in the weeks before his death. The investigation was stopped. Now the bullet doesn’t match the gun.
