EFF leader Julius Malema says of General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, "We are not ball boys or ball girls of Mkhwanazi. We stand with the truth."
He added, "If he's a true policeman, let him remain true policeman and allow Madlanga Commission and the Ad Hoc committee to deal with what he has raised."

An 18-year-old just learned the hard way that actions have consequences.
Caden Fontenette was sentenced to 25 years behind bars after pleading guilty to an aggravated robbery that turned violent inside a Texas convenience store.
According to prosecutors, Fontenette and two others carried out the holdup with a gun. Surveillance footage showed the clerk being assaulted, dragged, and threatened at gunpoint—just for showing up to work.
They were caught later that same day.
The judge didn’t mince words, saying the victim was “terrorized” while simply trying to earn a living. She acknowledged the sentence was severe—but made it clear it matched the brutality of the crime.
There was no plea deal on sentencing. The court made the call.
As the sentence was handed down, a family member erupted in the courtroom and had to be removed.
25 years at 18 years old.
Justice served—or too harsh?

Commissioner Baloyi is sick and tired and annoyed by Nkosi's nonsense, and I'm here for it! She called him out and reminded him that he has an obligation to answer questions put to him honestly and satisfactorily. Otherwise he's committing an offense!! She says he has clearly taken a position throughout this week to be obstructive and refuse to assist the Commission by answering simple facts put to him. It's either he doesn't know, doesn't remember, or refuses to answer. We are also tired of this man. Arrest him! Nxa. 😤
