Unfortunately, our Cheam Treatment Works remains out of service. Work has been ongoing throughout the night and will continue until the issue is resolved. Overnight, we have been able to recover water supplies and have continued to utilise our network to manage storage in the area. Some customers may experience low pressure and no supplies throughout parts of today. Bottled water stations remain in place at the following locations: Bourne Hall in Ewell, KT17 1UG Upper High Street Car Park KT17 4DU

@PureGym can you please advise when your Sutton branch will have running hot water again? As far as I’m aware this has now been 4 days without running hot water which is in breach of the The Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992.

@JustEatUK I was told by your customer services to cancel my order as it had not been delivered. Order was cancelled and then get charged a cancellation charge. Your customer services cannot help me till I’ve spoken to a supervisor? Not sure what this will do, just need a refund.

@dhlexpressuk I was expecting a delivery between 9:10 and 10:10. My package has not been delivered. I have tracked the order and it states that consignment was refused. My wife is at home all day and would not refuse the delivery. Please confirm where my parcel is?

Now we're in an enforced lockdown, the country's five million self-employed people urgently need clarity. £94.25 per week sick pay is not enough. If employed people get 80% of their wages up to £2500 guaranteed by the government, so should the self-employed.

@anguswalkertalk This is exactly why sites won’t close down. Also that there is not a good enough plan in place for the self employed. Majority of construction workers are self employed.

Talking to someone working on large construction site - if they halt work then deadline penalties kick in - he wants govt to step in and suspend clients imposing construction deadline penalties in order to allow workers to stay at home. #COVIDー19
