AI 191 BOM-EWR flight delayed for more than 24hr. My parents with more than 275 passengers are stuck at the mumbai airport in total chaos. Air India officials must respond. Since the immigration is done AI can not provide accommodation as well @airindiain @PMOIndia @RNTata2000
