There’s not much out there for the average fitness freak like myself. I’m a personal trainer, run and walk technician that has a host of questions regarding what I can do after my dissection, cardiologist, I wish!!!

As many people know, I suffered an Aortic Dissection in May 2019. It was the most frightening and life-threatening event of my life so far. Incredibly I’ve made a full recovery and am proud to be an @AorticDissectCT ambassador. Our aim is to save lives. Please watch this film…
