Everyone wants to have a comfortable life: to have fun, a good house, food on the table, the ability to go on vacation, and to be happy. Some of us feel a stronger need to give back to society than others; some are more creative, while others prefer to consume. It is all good, we are all different. I firmly believe that laziness is a construct used to label people who have lost their purpose due to how they were treated and the way society is designed, especially around money and merit. Levels of resilience vary among people depending on their upbringing, biological differences, and geographic lottery. But it is so easy to judge and to sink those who are less resilient into their own personal abyss. In doing so, we might be losing what could potentially be highly functional people who could actually change the world for the better. I have never met anyone who wouldn't like to have a purpose in life. Having a purpose can do wonders for a person; it can transform them into geniuses and creators. But a purpose cannot be a delusion. In my view, Elon is a delusional person who is being enabled by his extreme luck, sociopathy, and shady interests performing stealthy maneuvers to, first, obtain public funds to pay for his company bailouts, and second, to manipulate everyone into thinking he is the epitome of success. He is not. He is a failure masked by all that pompous money, propaganda, and misinformation. He is a weak person, no matter how many trillions he has. I sometimes give two fucks!

Lots of people opining it is shameful that Elon is rich when others are so poor. These people are idiots. Elon came close to bankruptcy with SpaceX. It came down to one final launch. If it failed. He would have lost everything. But it succeeded and SpaceX grew. He is personably responsible for Tesla achieving a 5,000 vehicle per week production rate. Less than that Tesla is would go bankrupt. He created thousands of new jobs. He had the talent and courage. The haters have their envy.

Final thought for the night. For those who are attacking Elon Musk for being a trillionaire here are some things to consider... He is working to get us back to the moon. He has provided internet access to tens of millions of people who previously had no internet due to the remote places they lived. He is giving paraplegics the ability to interact with the world for the first time ever. He created a tunnel boring company to reduce traffic. He is creating autonomous cars which just happen to be some of the safest cars ever built. He is helping lead the expansion of renewable energy. He directly employs over 150,000 people, paying them good wages. He fights for free speech and has provided us with a platform free of government censorship. He doesn't buy yachts, or mega mansions in every state, or sit back and just lavish in his wealth. His money is tied up in the companies that improve everyone's lives. I wish we had a million people like Elon Musk, this world would be better off for it.
