@Jopo_dr Interesting. My 4yr old knows that 999 gets help. But I don’t think he could use our phones in order to do it. Must work on it

@RCSnews Please could you clarify what “full protective PPE for all staff in theatre” means. Is this aerosol generating PPE ie the ffp3 mask? Or the standard non AGP PPE i.e. surgical mask?

It is a sad reflection of our tax system that @hmtreasury received much more tax from Annual Allowance (c£233m in 16/17) - mostly from public sector doctors than from @amazon (£4.6m in UK corporation tax)

If your patient has had a retinal detachment operation do not use nitrous oxide in your anaesthetic (or for labour analgesia). The gas bubble in the eye gets bigger and causes blindness. (who uses nitrous anyway...it's bad for the environment and unnecessary) #TraineeConf19
