Hard to compare as industry don’t publish their clinical trial costs - it’s a black box.
But v high industry full R&D cost *estimates* dominate the narrative that high prices are needed - with zero requirement to back them up by publishing costs.

@johngreen @MSF @johngreen, clinical trials are some of the most complex projects we undertake as a human society.
We've found at @condorbiotech that pharma are just as motivated to understand their R&D costs at society at large. Until recently, it's all been locked up in opaque spreadsheets!
