Hey everyone, After careful consideration, I’ve decided to move YTPlus to a Patreon-based subscription model for future versions. I’ve tried to keep the tweak free for years, hoping for support from users - but aside from pre-release beta periods (which were often leaked on day one), that support has been minimal. Any kind of work deserves to be valued, and I’ve come to realize that mine is no exception. Experience has shown that if you try to be the “nice guy”, people will take advantage of it and eventually start expecting even more. What’s even more frustrating is that some so-called “stores” have been selling my tweaks under the pretense of “pay to install”. At that point, moving to a paid model makes far more sense than walking away entirely. For those who are not ready to switch, all previous versions will remain free. YTPlus 5.2 is expected to be released in approximately 5 days. Thank you all for your support and understanding.

But this isn’t a normal app. It constantly: • breaks with every YouTube update • needs patches to stay usable • gets reworked again and again That takes real time and effort.
