Impressed with @RandoxOfficial day 2 test. Downside is have to drop off, not post. But I dropped off yesterday at around 2pm, got results today at 16.30. I'd be tempted to try the pre-departure PCR at £48 with this turnaround.

@RussHill9 @turningleftfor @RandoxOfficial @ExpressTestUK Glad to hear you’ve had no issues. I wish I had recorded the phone conversation with customer support after an hour on hold. Comical. The lady could hardly string a sentence in English together and didn’t make any sense what so ever. Had no idea what she was taking about.

Like the OP, day 2 tests arrived in plenty of time, posted yesterday around noon and have already received an update this morning it’s in the lab being tested. Can’t ask for more than that.

@MariaHa30581898 @turningleftfor @RandoxOfficial Me too! Non existent customer service. Laughably bad actually. I’ve let everyone I know to bypass Randox. Things do go wrong but customer service is everything. They’ll do everything not to refund you as well.

A heads up on @RandoxHealth Day 5 test arrived on Day 8 and customer service says to return it, AT MY OWN EXPENSE, and IF they’re happy with the kit upon inspection I’ll get a refund. Pay for their mistake? Not cool. Bought through 247travelteating.com AVOID! #testtorelease

@ennyWnnageM If you use #randox allow PLENTY of time. I’m on Day 7 and still waiting for my day 5 test to arrive. Customer service says it’s my responsibility to pay for recorded delivery to return the now redundant test despite them not providing a service paid for.

Portugal moves to the Amber list. I bought a £64 test to fly which arrived late, so I had to get an £85 in person test at Randox. A test in Portugal £25, a day 2 and day 8 test, £84 - all for a virus I’m fully vaccinated from?? Tell me it’s not all a money making scheme 🙄🥴😒

@SeIormP Don’t order from 247Traveltests/Randox. I’m on Day 7 and my #randox Day 5 is yet to arrive with very sloppy customer service. Better go to a clinic.

Be aware of @thewhitecompany gift vouchers. They have terminate their validity despite there being no expiry date printed on them. £120 lost. Customer services explanation “It’s at company discretion to honour, or not, gift vouchers”. #thewhitecompany #giftvouchers #scam

@thewhitecompany Yes they are paper vouchers with no expiry date on them. I am regularly in the shop and saw no notice about them being phased out nor did I get an email saying as much. Totally unacceptable and after 15 years of fierce loyalty I’ll take my business elsewhere.
