Anyhow, the learnings from yesterday - The Brij Round - Call #1 - Better to assume the angel / VC only has a superficial understanding of your industry, unless proven otherwise - Define your Customer persona clearly, what is their problem and world, personalise it. - Product screenshots can be confusing, demos are better. - Slides shouldn’t be so information dense that the narrative is lost. Hi @MCA21India can you please update on SRN M30260130. Helpline says LLP forms processed on FIFO basis. But know from other colleagues that forms filed thereafter have received approval. Mail sent to CRC team isn’t responded to. Ticket raised isn’t closed either. Any resolution?

I asked for a credit transfer between account at least. But even that is not possible apparently. The charge for shift is as good as a monthly recharge. Might as well take a monthly plan. End of rant 😁

My other connection is due for renewal. I ask them to shift the active connection connection and cancel the other. They will levy a shifting charge for doing the needful. I already have a connection at both places yet even that can’t be done away with. Okay.

A tale of doing business with @ACTFibernet I have a 6 monthly subscription going with them and been their customer for a decade now. Have to close my connection and sought a refund but was told since it’s less than a year they can’t do it. Okay.

Dear @MCA21India why is that during any deadline, the portal starts populating/downloading data of random cos? I try to retrieve data of one company and another company data pops. I download form of one company and I get data of another company and kyc form even.

We need to get the full judgement, but the concept of a Supreme Court scrapping an accepted resolution plan FIVE years after it was okayed by lenders and everyone else - this is a very bad precedent.

Investment is a game of returns. And returns are net of taxes. So investment flows where returns are expected to be higher than what one gets otherwise. Couple it with some underperformance and you have a few reason for outflows.

@brijbhasin Perhaps one of the reasons for retail to continue investing in markets is alternative asset investing has size restrictions and startups as well prefer to deal with smaller number of investors. Collective investment with some innovation might help but is controlled by regulators.

I’m happy the Indian stock market is collapsing to reality. It was too frothy for too long, with all kinds of grifters taking advantage of the gullible. Hopefully now some liquidity will move to alternative assets, that also have high potential to create wealth and employment for the country.

Of all the VC talk of AI Agents disrupting other industries, not sure if they are thinking deeply on how it will disrupt their own model. If Startups don’t need large Tech / Distribution teams, and if revenue per employee ramps significantly … what happens to the “Raise ever larger rounds to show fund markups and increase Fund Size” Management Fee Model?
