I’m gonna be honest, I’m not DSA and don’t really know if I’ll ever be. But I do know they are pro healthcare, pro union, pro housing, and anti genocide.
When I see tweets like this, all I see is the Dem party telling me they don’t stand for the same stuff as above. So…why not?

As a liberal progressive, I would be fine with the party moving left if these wins were about Medicare for all, reproductive rights, universal childcare, taxing billionaires, and creating affordable housing, But they weren’t.

sorry you’ll never convince me that the “lateness is a moral failing” isn’t rooted in colonization and capitalism, it’s CONTROL!!! and I get we live in a society blah blah blah but if it’s ur friends you know is always late tell them an earlier time or whatever but acting like it’s a moral failing is so puritanical and silly sometimes you just got to accept people as they are

I'm so tired of lateness being viewed as a moral failing. I've been shamed for it my whole life because it's framed as "disrespect" (and no, it hasn't helped me be more punctual) and if I lost out on a major life opportunity because of it I don't think I could have ever recovered

we’ve become a little too comfortable with major artists sending their fans to attack a critic of their work just because they don’t like what the critic said. halsey is just blatantly using her influence and audience to mass harass fantano because she perceived him as insensitive

@eulhequerobem @ryan_offline Nobody cares what he thinks about the album. The issue is him saying she has "main character syndrome" when she wrote an album during her cancer diagnosis thinking she wouldn't love long enough to raise her baby.
