BREAKING: The Supreme Court just blocked thousands of lawsuits claiming Roundup causes cancer. The court sided with chemical giant Monsanto, ruling that federal law preempts cancer victims from bringing these lawsuits in state courts, where most of the claims are filed.

BREAKING: The Supreme Court allows the Trump administration to end legal protections for migrants fleeing violence and natural disaster in Haiti and Syria. apnews.com/article/immigr…

And here is our housing legal clinic schedule for this week. Stop by with questions or assistance.

In the richest country this world has ever known, we have the resources to make sure every single person can live a dignified life. It's about building a movement that can force the political will.

Meet the agenda our socialist slate is fighting to win: abolishing ICE, taxing the rich, guaranteeing housing for all, and investing in babies, not bombs. We can win this - but only if we organize.

My trial in federal court is today. I just spoke outside the courthouse alongside @JuliaCarmel__, who is serving as a witness in the case. Since ICE started abducting asylum-seekers one year ago, I’ve been court-watching along with thousands of you. During one of these sessions last September, I was arrested along with 75 New Yorkers and 10 other elected officials, as we demanded access to the 10th floor of 26 Federal Plaza, where ICE was detaining people in hideous conditions. In December, I pleaded “not guilty” instead of taking a plea deal that would have required that I not protest in a federal building for six months. Let’s be clear: the crime was not what we were doing at 26 Federal Plaza. The crime is what ICE is doing there. We must stand up fearlessly against Trump & his rogue ICE agents to protect our immigrant neighbors and the rule of law. That’s what I was doing when I was arrested, and that’s what I’m doing today.

NEW: We brought @AOC to deep red Georgia to talk data centers. We found a data center rebellion, with people willing to radically shift their politics. One conservative voter said: "If there's a chance that anything can be done, I feel like she's gonna be the one to do it."
