JPMorgan warns that NYC's bond rating could be downgraded if @GovKathyHochul doesn't tax the rich. We need to fill the city's deficit through "recurring measures"—AKA taxes on the rich—to avoid a downgrade. When even the big banks say tax the rich, we should probably do it.
