@dominicptaranto Yes it has. I might also point out that fellowship with others, who your worship and love of Christ may be the only connection you have, is good and edifying.

ALMIGHTY God, our heavenly Father, in whose hands are the living and the dead; We give thee thanks for all those thy servants who have laid down their lives in the service of our country. Grant to them thy mercy and the light of thy presence, that the good work which thou hast begun in them may be perfected; through Jesus Christ thy Son our Lord. Amen.

@PhysicistTx @yellowrosey3 A person confused on the Biblical teaching might ask honestly, what has the church taught about these things. Or he might go back to the teaching of the early church and find out what they understood it to mean. Have to considered that or are you just mad?

@caesar_beaver Done. Remember in these situations that faith is a gift of God, not of ourselves. You can plant the seed, but it is only by God's grace that it will grow. Luckily, even when we don't understand, His plan (though not ours) is perfect, for He is perfect.

Please pray for my friend, Dalton. Had a very lengthy conversation with him about his "biblical Unitarianism". It was long and difficult but we got through it. I just want him to recognize that he's wrong before it's too late.

The English Church was separated from Roman jurisdiction by Henry VIII, and that allowed those who wanted an actual reform to plan for it. The point is that all those reforms came after his death, so though they could not have occurred if they're were still under Roman authority, they didn't occur with or for Henry, but actually against him and despite him. In all seriousness, he died believing fully in the unreformed faith of Catholicism that Rome practiced at the time. All the reforming occurred later. Hopefully that clears up the distinction. God be with you.

@therunningdeath @___TheGOOdWitch @darwintojesus Good and bad are moral claims. There is no value if there is no morality. Sure, there are different effects, but not one is better than any other if there is no morality. Value without an objective source, is just an opinion. This without it, all is meaningless.

@nick_acker1 @___TheGOOdWitch @darwintojesus your question was not a moral one but about it being fine to eat i gave objective answers why it is not a benefical thing to eat shit you are asking for a moral answer while denying a moral answer at the same time

@therunningdeath @___TheGOOdWitch @darwintojesus I think a better question g(iven the topic) is, if it didn't taste bad, would it be fine to eat it? The answer is no. It is not because the taste that makes it bad. Similarly, something is wrong (like heinous acts towards children) regardless of either you feel it is wrong.

Is that typically how you decide if something is yellow, by measuring its wavelength? Further, we could not previously, did yellow not exist before then? Obviously it did. The reality of something exists independent of you, that is what makes it objective. Morality exists independent of our assessment. Your argument isn't, not it doesn't, but I don't know how to measure it.

@therunningdeath @___TheGOOdWitch @darwintojesus That the only value is subjective is the assumption. I can subjectively assess that some things are yellow. That is a subjective evaluation, but it was not my evaluation that made it yellow. In the same way I recognize it is morally wrong to harm children. Morality exist.

@therunningdeath @___TheGOOdWitch @darwintojesus No, but they know that harm against human children is wrong and you say you don't know that it's wrong. Your willing to compare them to insects, as along as you aren't ask to be, do, or become more than you already are. I really do pray for you.
