Oh, so KotR also forces itself to use only one CPU core, which means ALL the threads from the graphics drivers etc. need to run on a single core. Making it use all cores "automatically" gives me 4x the FPS with no code optimizations...

@__silent_ That does track with the feel of the game being held together by electrical tape. Would love to see the map finally being usable after all these years. Is each line in this context a straight line or a street?

@note_pass They draw it in the worst way possible - for each singular line they set up drawing and submit it, and that setup is identical for everything. I am confident I can gather it all and submit the entire map to D3D9 as a single, big draw instead.

@DHLPaket Hier sind mindestens zwei Pakete geöffnet angekommen. Scheinbar wurde nichts gestohlen, aber ich habe im Gefühl, dass das eher der guten Verpackung geschuldet ist.

Generelle Idee: Wenn ein Zug Ausfällt darf man das auch gerne kommunizieren. Mal schauen ob der nächste kommt. Wenn nicht gibt's halt Hotel auf Rechnung der Bahn ...

Ich könnte halt in der Zeit legit zum Laden und kurz nach Hause gehen. Aber die halbe Stunde habe ich trotzdem weniger schlafen können. Und dem eh schon hohen Stresslevel heute hat's auch nicht gut getan.

Ich bin die letzten 4 Wochen 10 Mal @DB_Bahn gefahren 4 Mal (!) davon mit Verspätung, 2 Mal über 20 Minuten. Fahrzeiten zwischen 15 und 30 Minuten. Ich wartete teilweise länger auf die Züge aus ich damit fahre. Das ist schon kein desolater Zustand mehr. Das ist Totalschaden
