Here's an image reportedly of the C-130 before it got blown up.

The New York Times reports that following the rescue of the F-15E weapons officer, the two transport aircraft (presumably C-130s) used to transport the personnel out of Iran "got stuck" after they landed in Iran. It was reportedly decided to bring 3 new aircraft to carry out the extractions, and blow up the 2 which got stuck to prevent them from being captured by Iranian forces.

BREAKING: Major clashes between US Army Special Forces and IRGC Ground Forces are reported in the Milas mount of the Rig Mountains in Charmahal and Bakhtiari Province, Iran. An Israeli soldier was killed, and another was seriously wounded in an incident of so-called "friendly fire" in southern Lebanon overnight, the military announces. The slain soldier is named as Sgt. First Class Guy Ludar, 21, of the Commando Brigade's Maglan Unit, from Yuvalim. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. during an arrest operation in the southern Lebanese village of Shebaa. The Maglan commandos had raided Shebaa to arrest a suspect who was allegedly aiding Hezbollah. According to an initial IDF probe, during the arrest, one soldier thought he identified suspects attempting to flee and opened fire. The gunfire killed Ludar and seriously wounded the other soldier. The arrest mission was completed, and the suspect was taken to Israel for interrogation. The military says it is further investigating the circumstances of the incident.

If Iran had captured the second crew member of the F-15SE, they would have already plastered his or her face across global media and social platforms by now. The fact that more than 12 hours have passed strongly suggests that the Iranians have been unable to locate the second crew member.

This mission is meant to recover the crew of a downed F15 aircraft. Since the war started, Iran downed a few drones and planes over Iran, but very few compared to the number of sorties.

A McDonnell-Douglas ACES II (Advanced Concept Ejection Seat) from a U.S. Air Force F-15E Strike Eagle has been found by residents in Southern Iran, the whereabouts or status of the pilot and weapons officer is currently unknown, with unconfirmed reports that one or both of the crewmembers have been captured by members of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
