Your numbers check out. Monthly ₦20k at 15% compounded monthly: - 40 years: ~₦620 million - 30 years: ~₦138 million - 20 years: ~₦30 million Total contributions are only ₦9.6M. The rest is pure compound growth. The challenger counted only principal and missed the math entirely. Start today.

A 25-year-old who invests ₦20,000 monthly at 15% return for 40 years will have over ₦600 million at age 65. A 35-year-old doing the same will have ₦140 million. A 45-year-old doing the same will have ₦30 million. 10 years of delay costs you over ₦460 million. The best time to start was 10 years ago. The next best time is today.

The week ended 17 April 2026 closed with a unified directional move in the Nigerian equities market, but the composition of that move carries the weekly signal. The Proshare Total Return Float Adjusted Index advanced 6.59% against the Proshare Market Cap Weighted Index at 3.35%, and on a year-to-date basis, the Float Adjusted reading of 49.43% outruns the Price Weighted reading of 35.18% by a wide margin. The NGX All Share Index at 6.57% WtD and 39.56% YtD broadly mirrors the Price Weighted reading, which confirms the institutional participation signature. The market is being carried by the investable free float rather than by paper capitalisation. The forward signal for portfolio managers is that the rally has moved from breadth to selection. Positioning ahead of the week of 20 April 2026 should prioritise the mega-cap constituents that anchor the Float-Adjusted index, the post-recapitalisation banks whose MtD contributions are outpacing their YtD averages, and the oil and gas names whose earnings visibility improved amid the Q1 2026 commodity shock. As we move towards the final preparations for our Ministerial Meeting in Yaoundé, happy to have had a terrific meeting with the MC14 Chair, Vice-Chairs and Minister Facilitators for the different sessions. Appreciate their constructive inputs and enthusiasm. Also glad to have been able to forward to Ministers the package of documents necessary to facilitate their preparatory work for Yaoundé. Look forward to the upcoming difficult but productive interactions.

@Benzinga And he's very correct. The angriest of bystanders in my locale are those who talk politics and visit the local newstand everyday. They have nothing in achievements to show the world. 🫠Shame!!!

@ADFmagazine This plundering of African resource by Chinese is causing another round of instability in africa. Is it that we cannot make them follow the rules or they actually bribe our officials to turn the blind eye? If they are bribing, that is a worse offence

LMAO apparently these opposition urchins all have scores to settle with Reno Omokri. Same Reno who they depended on for propaganda and hailed to high heavens when he was a staunch GEJite and Atikulate... Everything Reno did in those years were applauded and defended by these clowns. Now that he's now a BATist, they just can't stand him. See them freaking out because he got ambassadorial appointment...

An estimated 30,000 people lost their limbs during Sierra Leone’s brutal civil war. Many have mentally and physically struggled as a result and been unable to find work, but now some amputees are being trained in agricultural skills so they can start their own farms ⬇️

So the stock to buy on the NGX this week Dec 01, 2025 is Zenith, NEM and Stanbic.,Vitaform. I am not sure you should be holding UBA because of their dividend cut. Share prices in nigeria are heavily dividend dependant. I bought 400kunit of zenith for prop/Coporate account, Wed
