@Lizbethne30 I get why the prosecution is being so thorough, but it's clear who is the victim and who is the perpetrator in this case. I know they need to show that Arielle didn't start the fight, but still - seems a little overdone at this point.

State finished their direct of the DNA expert. Otake on cross begins with trying to discredit the process of the blood testing and brings up an audit in 2024. When you know you have no defense, you do nothing but attack credibility. #Nestering #GerhardtKonig

This judge is giving Otake way too much rope. It’s looking really bad that he isn’t reigning him in. Otake just told the judge “can we just get this over with so we can go to lunch!” I’m not sure what’s up with the judge today, but he’s not in control, IMO. #GerhardtKonig

Ope! Court is back because state is not happy about how defense ended his cross with the detective. Defense implied it was ok’d for Gerhardt Konig removing Diprivan from the hospital. This isn’t true, but defense left jury thinking this.

Defense putting in these photos (before the state was going to on redirect) taken on 3/25, with the excuse for no visible injuries as “well, it had been 31 hrs since the incident.” 🤦🏼‍♀️ He made sure to point out the tiny scratch on his ear. Zero injuries. Zero. #GerhardtKonig

I used to watch daily 8-9. This new format stinks. I’ve switched to YouTube and I miss the analysis. Please bring back the precourt and post court daily shows. I’m hoping you have some plans in the works to make the format better. CourtTv was my daily watch at home or as I was running errands but it’s been disappointing the last two weeks.

We just got viewership numbers for @CourtTV and I’m happy to say that since our acquisition, the numbers are up across the board! So thankful for the hard work from the Court TV and @LawCrimeNetwork teams for what has (so far) been a really harmonious merger.

@Lizbethne30 Yes, good point. Given the defense's theory, I wouldn't be surprised if they brought in an ER physician or some other kind of doc who looked at the photos to say that the injuries were not life-threatening.

This cross is the equivalent to “You were wearing a skirt & that’s why you got SA’d, isn’t it! He got injured while he was attacking you! Your injuries weren’t that bad!” Again, this is why women don’t come forward or leave. They get abused again on the stand. #GerhardtKonig
