@MartinSLewis How can lenders justify the astronomical arrangement fees? I have just had to switch a buy to let mortgage and the arrangement fee was £5.5k! This was with the mortgage works

@northernassist my daughter and her friend had tickets for 00.18 train from Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Victoria. Refused as it was full. Told to stand on the street outside in the cold to wait for a bus. It’s now 00.30. I’ve paid £100 for an Uber to keep her safe.

@DickCardwell @MartinSLewis I have just had their final response to say that there were no payments made to my car dealer in respect of the loan. Have to take their word for it I suppose.

@reallyblonde @MartinSLewis RCI/Mobilize still dragging their feet. Unable to locate agreement despite giving them ample documentation. Request address history (already given) Reg number (already given) proof of id ( new request ) 🤷‍♂️

@MartinSLewis I submitted your complaint form to Mobilize F S as I have had 2 vehicles with their finance. This is their reply. I have only had one email address. I don’t have my agreement numbers or a current finance account with them. Can you advise what my next steps are?

@DickCardwell @MartinSLewis Glad it’s not just me. I’ve replied to their email to thank them for acknowledging receipt of my complaint and to say I have always had the same email address. I have also said they have enough information on the form to progress my complaint.

@reallyblonde @MartinSLewis I've received the same message. I have the agreement number but the system won't allow me to create a new account. Presumably because the agreement is from 9 years ago. Fun and games with customer services by the looks of it. 🤦‍♂️
