New: House GOP leaders are facing problems with the ESA bill that curbs Endangered Species Act protections - and are making plans to pull it from today's schedule, per sources Rs argue the bill would streamline permitting and definitions around current law. But some FL Rs have raised issues in particular.
NEWS: A federal judge has saved the 15th Street protected bike lane (for now), saying the decision to remove the lane running from Constitution Avenue to the Tidal Basin was "arbitrary and capricious and not the result of reasoned decision-making." It was to be removed this week.
TAPPER: When do you think it's realistic for Americans to expect that gas will go back below under $3 a gallon? CHRIS WRIGHT: I don't know. That could happen later this year. That might happen until next year. But prices have likely peaked.
