As far as I can tell, its actually linked with Deba Shyam and Andrew Stupin, who do 8-9 figure fraud in real estate (shopping centers and such). The names are all strangely close to financial and tech companies, but the pattern of lawsuits shows otherwise

If you and I both buy the same amount of the same thing at the same time and sell it at the same time we will both take the same risk and receive the same reward. If we don't do that then we by definition didnt take same risk
