@IndiaPostOffice Cossipore Post office denied sending a 14g letter to Germany as a "Registered International Letter", which should cost Rs 180. Instead, forced to send it as an "International EMS", which cost Rs 1534. Is this fair? @pib_comm

@travelgenio My booking id is 16518193. My and @rishav026 flight was cancelled, and on contacting the airlines about refund, they mentioned that the refund has been made to Travelgenio. Also we mailed travelgenio multiple times, and they confirmed that refund is in progress.

@travelgenio Please process the refund as soon as possible. It's been showing "Refund in progress" for more than a month now. Airline has confirmed that they have refunded to Travelgenio.
