Concerning. A GP says you need a referral to a specialist.A non-medical professional decides if the GPs decision (7years training) gets actioned. Hey Presto waiting list down, #Labour gives itself a 👏Patient still needs a referral, who tells them they’re not getting it 🤔
Dr Luke Evans MP@drlukeevans

Your GP says you should see a hospital specialist for your condition Labour’s new Single Point of Access now decides whether that GP referral goes through They have a target to "redirect" 25% of referrals I wanted to know: who is making that decision? I asked the Minister 👇

Then there's what the money is actually doing. In a healthier economic environment, remittances tend to flow into investment. Small businesses, land, education, building assets. That's how diaspora money compounds and feeds growth back home. Right now, thanks to Tinubunomics. a lot of it is just keeping people afloat. Food, rent, school fees, healthcare. Basic survival. It has always been bad but remittance has moved from at least some investment to almost full consumption, the days of talking about growth engine now seem distant and it has now become a shock absorber.

Universal HIGH INCOME via checks issued by the Federal government is the best way to deal with unemployment caused by AI. AI/robotics will produce goods & services far in excess of the increase in the money supply, so there will not be inflation.

The community note correcting the Nigerians police is how idiotic bigotry is worsening the reputation of the already stupid Nigerian police force.

Do I live in a bubble ?? How is £35,000 in 2026 a GOOD salary? Is this a mindset thing? Are Brits living on happy shopper beans on toast, living in a single room? Or they must be living at home/ minimal bills. Do they not want more for themselves ?? Ambition and the desire to want a decent life is at an all time low in the U.K. 😟

The complaint isn’t about the barista not having to commute though, it’s about earning similar who is highly qualified. It’s classic case of; “show me the incentive I’ll show you the outcome”. Wage compression here is slowly becoming communism, history has shown us what happens when that occurs.
