@ArgosHelpers I have been waiting for my click and collect since last Sunday - no updates received until today when I get a hoorah its available & then a minute later you didn’t collect we have cancelled your order. Awful customer service & I can’t get through the X DM bot.
@Argos_Online click and collect is bad, ordered Sunday no sign of order despite it supposed to be available next day - customer service stating wait for email with no reason why/the product is currently available in store if I rocked up I could buy it - never again/lost customer!
@WolvesCouncil Will Henwood Road have recycling collected today as you closed the road earlier for a very short period of time and cardboard etc recycling hasn’t been collected yet. My bin is full and I’d like it collected please. Thank you.
@AmazonHelp How can it be that both times I ordered alcohol in the Prime sale your delivery drivers smash the bottles b4 delivery but when it’s not a sale the delivery is fine? And now I have to wait for a refund & the product is now full price again so I’ve missed out again FFS
@lippyent Yes and they didn’t tell you to come back to eat or drink, no one I knew was obese back then as they all skipped meals and there was no snacking. Had no idea what we got up, absent parents who gave very little f&€k$ about their kids.

@Ocado I’ve noticed the refunds on the app is deducting a few pence from nearly every item I ordered? I also returned the sub I was sent but have been charged for it (sent you an email). I tried the hideous app but its so poor to navigate and I feel tired from trying.
@Ocado what were you thinking?! The new mobile app is so awful I simply don’t want to use it…it’s painful on the eyes. You’ve alienated your customers!
This week, I’ve never had so much criticism of my body. People telling me to lose weight, that I’ve ‘let myself go’, implying I should be ashamed…

@OVOEnergy I asked for a complaint to be raised on two occasions at the time and have never heard from Ovo. There’s no benefit to me to re-raise this now as the result will be the same so thank you for your offer but I’ll politely decline.
