Hi Ron. To confirm, customers will be able to increase their weekly slots from 8 to 10 hourly slots for specific months via bonus events. This change has been made to recognise demand for flexible weekday slots during off-peak times. The full, amended amount of 8 hours can still be used during weekend hours if preferred. @ScottishPower @TDellaSchiava Have to agree with Taty, you have in effect reduced the value of the time saver. Why the loss of 2 hours at weekends? If someone wants to move their hours around, ok, but for those that were happy to stick to the 11-4, just penny-pinching on your behalf?

Hello @ScottishPower, are you having a laugh with the slots you gave to choose from for Power Saver?It was half price on Sat and Sun 11am-4pm, now you ask to choose 8 1h slots between 11 and 4 on Sat and Sun. You are not giving more flexibility, you are taking 2h off each weekend

@ScottishPower on 9th March you sent contractors to dig up the road outside my house to lay new cables. It stayed dug up for 8 days. Yesterday they came back and dug up same part of road. When I asked why I was given 2 different reasons and blatently lied to (cont below)
