This is a failure of POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance, not a religious conspiracy. ​People are aware that workplace harassment is a systemic issue affecting women across industries, regardless of the perpetrator's religion. Using a communal lens distracts from the urgent need to make corporate spaces safer for all women. Entry into firms like TCS is based on rigorous testing and merit.
