@arvidkahl All these big guys are trying to tighten the rope around our necks with their tools. Staying as independent as possible is key today — don’t buy 100% into any of their ecosystems. Use their models, but keep control over the harness, context and infra!

This kind of ban (on Claude, your Google account, or similar) is becoming the digital equivalent of losing your drivers license. And for what? Using some open source agentic harness because you saw someone share a cool screenshot? :/

@maks6361 Yeah, so it looks like SEO hasn't changed much: good links, good content, and then pray to Google. :)))) Have you considered GEO to optimize for LLMs? Although, as far as I understand, the playbook seems to be the same as for SEO.

@timurbuild i'll be starting with quality SEO blogs for a few weeks and then will be adding pSEO. Also need to get as many good backlinks as possible, so considering paying for promising projects

I’m getting to the finishing line with my first micro SaaS. Polished the features, styled the pricing page, and added PostHog analytics. All that’s left is getting a custom domain, adding it to Google Search Console, and kicking off my SEO marketing engine. I’m not really expecting much revenue from this project, but most importantly I’ve got my blueprint ready, so I can kick off the next one in less than a couple of days. I’ve got ideas for 6–7 projects that I want to implement, so I’m really curious to see how it all plays out 🚀

This is stuff that devs like me would have to spend days or weeks debugging and trying different strategies. That can now be done in literal seconds, while I'm idly eating a sandwich. I feel existential dread, but hey my apps are fast now wheee.

If you haven't already, tail your server logs and filter by requests that take longer than 500ms. Copy paste it all into Claude and say "pls fix". Instantly faster app.

Has anyone tried OpenSEO? I was looking for a way to run occasional SEO audits without paying $129/mo for Ahrefs. This is self-hosted, pay-per-use — a full analysis costs a couple bucks, only when you actually need it. Anyone using it? What's your go-to for SEO checks?
