@seriousfunnyguy Old lady in the park is exaggerating the story. That's their timepass. Don't believe her unless you live in their house and see this with your own eyes. Many old women do this to digest their food - talking sh#t about the kids, especially bahu.
English

Overheard an old lady in the park this morning that she buys the groceries, pays 50% salary of maid, has given the house, 27 tolas of her gold to children and still she doesn’t get tea and food in time. She said she needs to eat something after medicine so she eats biscuits and namkeen many times 💔
Why’s the world like this?
English

@AapathBandhava Trust me even in Bengal no one eats idli like this when we actually eat it...my first time seeing idli being served like daal dhokli. People will do anything for content
English

No South Indian puts sambar & chutney pudi together on a bowl of idlis😭

A start of a day in any South Indian house...

@TradDeshastha Modern marriges fail because women are financially capable of walking out of abusive marriages.
English

Love may begin a marriage, but duty, respect, and compassion are what sustain it. Modern marriages fail because couples think that once they are in love, there wouldn't be any compromises.
EDOSE✨@iam_biglad1
Unpopular opinion about marriage that would get you in this position???
English

@muneebqazi94 @Anamikaa6969 No no first tell me why do you have to believe Raam actually existed to make a good movie out of Ramayana? What's the logic here? Your brain fell out yesterday?
English

@lordvishalkumar No vishal, everyone in this wide old earth from the beginning of civilization has been either a Muslim or a Christian, maybe a few Jews- Happy now?
English

Sister-in-law, during the time of Ashoka the Great, even the word ‘Hindu’ did not exist. So how can there be a religion called Hinduism? Tell me, in which book is it written that Chandragupta Maurya was a Hindu I will give you 10 million if you can prove it.
Savitri Mumukshu - सावित्री मुमुक्षु@MumukshuSavitri
@lordvishalkumar Ashoka’s grandpappy Chandragupta Maurya was a Hindu who commissioned public sale of gold statues of Mahadeva, Parvati, and Kartikeya. Buddha’s own father used to worship Hindu god Shiva. Why do you people insist on publically making fools of yourselves?

@drpps @InvestorOfJAMMU Eating fruits ripe from trees, fishing, flying kites, running in open fields, bathing in rivers, chasing storms, making mud house-oh I had a very wild and satisfying childhood. Yes sometimes longed for the colored foods as a kid seeing friends but mostly I understood it's harmful
English

@urmisgr8 @InvestorOfJAMMU You missed the fun of childhood.
Stick ice cream, cotton candy, toffees....what is childhood without these?
English

In my childhood, I used to be Rooh Afza fan as it was supposed to be a chill drink when mixed with iced water or milk.
But got to know later that it was just food colour and loaded Sugar.
Indians need to be aware what that are eating. I developed a habbit of checking ingredient list before buying anything packed.
Do you check??
English

@thesneha_ And women like you are a curse to humanity because you are trivialising a real life problem to be a pick me. Sharam hai kuch ki woh bhi bech dia male validation ke liye? Your mom suffered, don't glorifying suffering. Just because you don't have it doesn't mean nobody has it. Shame
English

All the women who crave chocolates & sugary desserts around PMS..
Feel drained, low on energy, can’t move, and need cozy, princess-level treatment during their periods…
Let me break this bubble and tell you..
A lot of this behaviour is placebo and an instagram amplified effect.
Mild period symptoms are normal.
But severe, non-functional you need a doctor’s attention not a reel on Instagram.
Your menstrual cycle is a normal biological process and should not hinder your day to day life beyond some discomfort.
Remember your father never bought chocolates home, and your mother worked 365 days like a clock with no cozy period break.
English

@anxietymsgs Do you think children are humans too? Or are they potatoes until they are adults?
English

@thesneha_ @nb8434a It takes years to get a diagnosis, then years to correct it. You are such a empathy less creature it's a waste of time to make you understand even. She is right, speak for yourself and count your lucky stars because one day they will fall on your head.
English

@nb8434a Doctor/gynac can help right?
Ex : PCOS can be put into remission. But need to work on it.
English

@KshitizCritic But we ARE victims of colonialism! Majority of Indians are still very deeply colonial! They still prefer white skin, think the British were not that bad because they built railways! What are you saying?

Don’t Spread Half Baked Headlines
Namit Malhotra Said : If People of West didn’t like the #Ramayana we will consider it as Failure.
This is New India, we are not the India from Slumdog Millionnaire, I want to showcase them what Indian culture actually is.
We want to tell the world that Ramayana is the Greatest Story of the Universe
I want people from west to know that we are not the victims of Colonialism, “Yeh India Ka time hai” (Prakhar ke Pravachan)

English

@ohhanxiety Nah. If they can reach the bank they can open the door. If it's an old person, someone with a child or someone with too many bags, I do. But that's very rare. Also how do you know the religion of a person in a bank setting?
English

@eternaltxts Drink water. Whenever you feel hungry, sip water. Whenever you are angry, sip water. Whenever you are anxious, sip water....you get the drift. Also never compromise with water, drink safe water. Buy if needed.
English

@thatkamathfella @ZZoariah What's hindu muslim about this? Men can be sharing house work irrespective of their religion, and most don't.
English

@ZZoariah Maybe in Muslim household. My father ran a business 10am to 10pm. Yet would clean the house and help my mom with cutting veggies, driving her around, changed our diapers, take care of his grand daughters, Dropps them to school, picks them up and what not.
English

This constant men are the problem rant is getting old.
If you want facts, here they are. In India, women do nearly 3 times more unpaid housework than men. Not because men are incapable, but because families raise boys to be served and girls to serve.
That is the real issue. Upbringing, conditioning n the double standards inside our own homes. But instead of calling that out, you reduce it to a cheap line about men not being independent.
Men aren’t the enemy but our broken thinking is. Fix that, and half this debate disappears.
