I am very chuffed with my results for the 15km of @ootyultra- my first time doing a run with significant elevation (476 mtrs), and a sciatica flare up the day before. I made it to the start line, and thought of giving up but glad I didn't.

New cope thesis on running out: I think heartbroken people and people in their 30s are good at running naturally. Everyone else needs to put in more effort.

You don’t run an ultra because it’s good for your body You run an ultra because you want a wild experience that gives incredible stories you can share with your friends around a campfire or while tucking your kids into bed Would not recommend for peak health Would recommend for peak LIFE
LUIS@luisomor

I still don't understand why people keep running ultra marathons They destroy your joints and consume all your muscles. The long-term effects are simply horrible for your health If you want to maximize health, have elite cardio, maintain muscle mass and boost your hormones, there's nothing better than sprinting and the science backs it up

If Meftal spas is not a safe drug to consume, then why are there not any alternative safe measures/drugs for women to deal with menstrual cramps ? (hotpacks give you burns) You are also against giving us paid menstrual leaves...Why is this not being talked and researched about ??

8am Sunday, Bangalore. It's a beautiful day. 310km running, 30km swimming, 12h cycling completed in March, we are physically exhausted. Post workout my wife and I chill on a bench, discussing the next 5y of tech & how to create generational wealth for our startups. Velocity of change put our backs against the wall, but fighting for survival is litterly all we know. After an hour we get to our feet energised.

All of Bangladesh’s fertiliser plants are fully shut — in a country of more than 170 million people to feed.

This image from the @FT shows how the war in Iran could have dramatic effects on global food security. Without natural gas, ammonia and urea—key nitrogen fertilizers—cannot be produced. Without them, crop yields collapse.

@anjileeistwal I really like them. They have a constant flash sale lol and their curation is simply great, inclu cheese. I don't do seed oils, soy etc. And it basically eliminates everything ready to cook/eat from licious but meatigo i still get lots of options even in RT eat/cook range.

Don’t order chicken-mutton from Licious for a while. I guess stale meat un sold for 9 days in navratra is now being sent to people. I complained. was told keep the rotten stuff & accept refund of Rs 100. Ridiculous!! Time to change. Meatigo or Meatzza?

@AlphaWings7877 @anjileeistwal Yes for e.g. mutton bones for making soup/ broth...meatigo sell 450 grams at something like 300 bucks, whereas licious sells 350 grams at 400+ something!!! I only get eggs now from licious, rest everything is meatigo

The happiest people aren't the freest, they're the most constrained. Decades of psychology show that people who focus only on what they can control report higher happiness and lower stress. Don't just plan what to add in 2026, decide what to limit.

@ps__2112 Help the same people you criticizing, improve instead of posting all these useless tweets if you are so much into self actualisation. When you got privilege, use it to lift other women up, not show them down.

I didn’t mean to offend anyone. My pronunciation and English aren’t perfect either. But as a teacher, my grammar and pronunciation should be good. That’s what parents expect from me, and that’s my responsibility. So I work on it every single day. I don’t make excuses like some people do. And yes, I do have a problem with poor grammar, spelling mistakes, and wrong pronunciation because it really gives me an ick. Many people don’t even know the difference between their and there, when to use this and that, or the difference between except, accept, and expect. Some even pronounce heart as hurt. And honestly, why are you all crying in the comments? If I, as a teacher, can work hard to improve myself so I can teach better, then why can’t content creators and influencers work on themselves too?
kyayaarpriyaa🤦🏻‍♀️@ps__2112

No offense, but if you can’t pronounce basic words, maybe content creation isn’t for you. It’s Feb, not fab, dessert, not desert, and shoes, not sooz. Learn pronunciation from Google it’s free.
