In 1985, literacy rates in Sub-Saharan Africa were higher than in South Asia. Today, even though both regions have made progress, in Africa, the pace has been slower.

Vice Versa, outside like SA and Great lakes, its mostly bantu genetically

The migration pattern of E1b1a goes from East Africa to Central Nigeria, then spread to Central and Southern Africa from there.
