@FreyaD2024 @goddek @texan77581 Sure, its not capitalist in the same way as America, but its not a stateless classless society if they allow trade I fucking love this Whataboutism. Im not supporting what Israel is doing in Palestine? I dont think Trump has done a single good thing since being elected. Fuck you

@veghsim @goddek @texan77581 Capitalism is when trade, right. The WTO doesn’t even classify them as a market economy, mind you. I’m gonna just disregard your atrocity propaganda nonsense, no one takes it seriously in the light of the real capitalist funded genocide by “isreal”.

@AmateurPhantom @goddek So lets take my country Czechia. It was quite well off before ww2 and hasnt been damaged much. There wasnt much outside influence or sabotage If we take Austria for example, that has much less fertile land and tourism that rose only in the last 30 years Yet its much more richer

@goddek If you believe this, you may want to pick up a history book. It is ignorant to say communism failed. This perspective ignores (among other things) the work America has done for decades to crush communism around the globe. Here’s a relevant excerpt from the book Killing Hope.

@FreyaD2024 @goddek @texan77581 They have free trade. Like, yes, its state controlled, but its very much distant from communism China is a imperium with a monopoly. The only thing connecting them to communism is Totalitarian regime and genocide

@khrachvik What third world country are you talking about? China was supported by America and suffered heavily until they abolished the hard rules Russia was a country like any other, yet still remains a shithole Both of these countries commited atrocities scalable with Nazi Germany

@branislavko13 @HugoKafumbe @Antykom_akcja @Szabadsag1956 Kinda. Pavel repeatedly apologized for this - his father was a very procommunist person, and Pavel is also a very high ranking NATO general. Babiš on the other hand used to say its true, now he lies about it. He is a corrupt Mafia leader who steals where he goes.

@veghsim @ProjectLiberal 3- Consulting with the party, the party made the decisions for them working together, whike the workers were the backbone of the whole system. The USSR wasn’t a communist country keep that in mind, they were socialist that’s why they still needed the party for example.

@Hummer1926561 @ProjectLiberal The USSR was a shithole for most people, and ruSSia still is. Life behind the iron curtain, which was under the ussr, was 100x times worse then any Europe western nation

@veghsim @ProjectLiberal 2- struggle and building socialism. The proletarian isn’t “almost everybody” they are wage labourers who sell their labour (work) to survive. The USSR built a slcialst state throughout labour - industrialising, scientific advancement and getting rid of fascism from the system.

@Hummer1926561 @ProjectLiberal Yeah, that sounds absolutely garbage. How do you prevent the workers from becoming the 'government', or the people you tried to fight off? How do you prevent it from becoming another USSR?

@veghsim @ProjectLiberal 1- In proletarian dictatorship, power is exercised collectively through workers’ councils, and the party representing their interests. Not every single person having a vote on every single thing. There are phblic votes on some matter tho. You have a say jn part of the class

Communists came to my country by way of riots, gunfire and explosions. During the 1950s, communists organised strikes and riots, including the Hock Lee Bus Riots of 1955 and the Chinese Middle School Riots of 1956. Communist Indonesia attempted to destroy the Federation of Malaya. Indonesian Marines carried out a campaign of bombings in Singapore, including the Macdonald House bombings. Singapore deployed troops to the mainland to defeat an Indonesian incursion. The Red Terror began on 23 April 1970, when communists planted a bomb at a playground, killing one child and injuring another. The Red Terror would last over a decade. In 1974, communist terrorists carried out Singapore's first act of international terrorism. On 26 March 1991, Singapore encountered its second taste of international terror: the hijacking of Singapore Airlines Flight 117 by Marxist sympathisers. For decades, communists deliberately targeted children, as well as the workers they claimed to represent. I don't hate communists. I know what they have done, and treat them accordingly.

@Hummer1926561 @ProjectLiberal Yes. Its almost everybody on this planet. Does that mean that if there is a communist revolution, do *i* have a say in everything? And remind me, how did the "proletatian" in the USSR act later on? Were they still the hard workers?

@PolarAdEzkano @ShitpostGate You may think this is funny but if you see what communist regimes left and what right-wing regimes left, then you will see that communists left free healthcare, free education, massive insfrastructure and housing, while right-wing dictators left only poverty and illiteracy.

@veghsim @ProjectLiberal It was a workers state, calling it oppressive is quite a stretch. In 1989 was a counter revolution aiming to restore capitalism, not liberation. The USSR fell from imperialist pressure and bureaucratic betrayal. True freedom requires the dictatorship of the proletarian (workers).
