We are deeply disturbed by @POTUS sharing this hateful, racist screed targeting Indian and Chinese Americans. Endorsing such rants as the president of the United States will further stoke hatred and endanger our communities, at a time when xenophobia and racism are already at an all time high. We ask @realDonaldTrump to reconsider, delete this post & recognize the indelible contributions of Asian Americans to our great country.

Mamata's TMC goverment deliberately kept the population poor to ensure political dependence, this strategy is known as clientelism or patronage politics. This strategy can keep a ruler in power in the short term, it often leads to catastrophic failure later. West Bengal should have been one of India’s richest, most powerful states. Think about it- from the foothills of Himalayas to the Sundarbans, fertile Gangetic plains, Kolkata once the capital of British India and the birthplace of India’s intellectual awakening. Bengal gave us Rabindranath Tagore, Netaji Subash Chandra Bose, Swami Vivekananda. It led India- culturally, politically, economically. But it took a Left turn and it all went wrong. 34 years of Left rule ruined the trajectory. Industry fled, Strikes became a culture, Capital stopped trusting Bengal. The data tells the story: manufacturing stagnated, job creation slowed & investment dried up. Then came a change in 2011 but the picture remained the same. Under TMC there has been no job creation, no large-scale industry, no big ticket investments. Bengal today struggles with low private investment inflows, weak formal employment growth, industrial scale corruption clubbed with minority appeasement, political violence and erosion of the very values that once defined Bengal. This isn’t the Bengal that once led India. The real tragedy? The potential is still there- Strategic location, Ports, Talent, Culture, Market access to the Northeast and Southeast Asia- but the intent to exploit it is totally absent. Bengal today needs - Welfare - Wealth Creation - Transparent governance - Industrial revival - Policy stability - Transparent jobs - Investment - Long-term growth And if there's one party which has a proven track record of delivering on every front, it is the BJP. One chance to the BJP and we will restore the old glory of Bengal. The land of Vivekananda and Bose will rise again to lead Bharat and reclaim it's position as a shining jewel of Maa Bharti.

Three illegal immigrants have been found guilty of gang raping a British woman on a beach in Brighton. They brutally raped her while filming and calling her a "Dirty b****". At one point, one of the rapists grabbed hold of her face, forced open her mouth and spat in it while encouraging his friends to do the same. The victim said: "I was begging them to stop and they wouldn't. Every time I close my eyes I can see them laughing at me. They thought it was funny. My skin crawls because of what they did. They're evil and they've ruined my life." She may never recover from this trauma. This is what the British government has done to the women of this country. There needs to be a reckoning.

Her name was Kalpana Chawla. She was born in Karnal, Haryana in 1962. She looked up at the sky and decided that was where she was going. She studied aeronautical engineering at Punjab Engineering College in Chandigarh. She then moved to the United States, completed a Masters in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas, and a PhD from the University of Colorado. She joined NASA in 1994. In 1997, she flew on Space Shuttle Columbia as a mission specialist. She became the first woman of Indian origin to go to space. When she returned, India celebrated. She was selected for a second mission. STS 107. Sixteen days of microgravity experiments in orbit. On February 1, 2003, Space Shuttle Columbia was returning to Earth. At 8.59 am, it began breaking apart over Texas and Louisiana. The disintegration was caused by damage to the thermal protection system during launch. All seven crew members were killed. Kalpana Chawla was 40 years old. Her ashes were scattered in the Grand Canyon as per her wishes. She had said once that nothing about the journey was easy. Everything about it was worth it. A girl from Karnal who looked up at the sky and decided that was where she was going. She got there. Twice. Follow for real stories about people India must never forget.

When they were cutting the kalawa & wiping the tilak from the foreheads of Hindu students before entering exam halls, Hindus kept mum. Now emboldened they are cutting the Janeu of Hindu students before allowing them to sit for exams. While Hijab, Burqa & Skull cap's are allowed, Janeu, Kalawa, Tilak are not allowed. During CET exam in Bangaluru student was asked to remove his sacred thread ( Janeu). Thanks to Shri @Tejasvi_Surya ji for protesting this great injustice.
