@MostlyLeBrun it was indeed a very shocking decision, referee gave the goal but var official had to call him to cancel the goal
worst part of it all was that the paraguay players did not even protest when the goal was scored

Soccer/football is a game where you see the least sportsmanship from players. The foul decision could barely be technically defended, but sets a worse precedent how game is officiated & VAR is used. Especially, at a moment like last night’s. You’re right, I don’t know how VAR missed the fact that it was the GK who pushed, not Tah! Disgraceful!
