@herncosta @grok @mimuluslarch Church arsons isnt the only form of church persecution its part of stage 1. Right now Canada are making laws that purposely target the church in Canada. Like i said in a prior post there are 3 stages to persecution. Right now, They are in stage 1 and tip toeing into stage 2.

@AllenWilson21 @grok @mimuluslarch That's just not true. There was vandalism at some churches, yes. But where I live, I can choose to send my kids to a public or catholic school funded by the government, and no other religion gets that.

Naheed Nenshi and the @NDPAlberta operate the 4Alberta4Canada website. They have posted direction to their followers to share and "Explain to others how leaving Canada means giving up your Canadian passport" Yet another lie. Canada allows dual citizenship, the option is yours.

@Adicolig @NDPAlberta Nope. It’s already global foreign policy for Canada. 195 countries can be dual citizenship with Canada. Soon to be 196.

Went out for dinner in Niagara-on-the-Lake. No mains. No steaks. No pasta. No seafood. Just focaccia, beef carpaccio, tiramisu, and wine. Bill: $170. At this point Ontario restaurants aren’t serving dinner anymore. They’re serving financial literacy lessons.

@JeffWatsonYYC Didn't she lower the threshold for a referendum, and isn't her government fighting FN in court on behalf of the separatists?

@Mattxduchak @EScrimshaw The Trudeau government was straight up extremist, the environment minister literally said Canada doesn't need any more roads. Even now he's on cbc complaining about new pipelines. For you to say they were more pro-pipeline than Harper is just stupid. Quit embarrassing yourself.

@herncosta @EScrimshaw Keep making excuses for why Harper couldn’t get a pipeline to tidewater built. It’s doing wonders for conservatives in elections. Meanwhile the Liberals actually get shit done and continue to be popular after a decade lol

Sure, bud. If Harper had won in 2015, those pipelines would have been built by the private sector. The Trudeau government torpedoed them with the tanker ban and adding upstream emissions to the regulations. TMX was toast, and he had to build it with our money to keep us from getting sued.

@herncosta @EScrimshaw They were “in the works”. Harper was in office 9 years, why didn’t he get them built before? Only losers believe in people that can’t deliver.

@Mattxduchak @EScrimshaw Tmx, northern gateway and energy east were in the works when Trudeau got elected. Trudeau canceled more kilometers worth of pipelines to tidewater than he got built.

@peteremcc Because building 400 km of pipeline thru a desert is easier than 1200 km thru mountains?

Mark Carney had been Prime Minister for a year already. And now he’s setting an “ambitious” goal of STARTING a new pipeline in 18 months time. The UAE just announced they’ll START AND FINISH a new pipeline that will double their export capacity by then.
Javier Blas@JavierBlas

BREAKING: UAE discloses it’s building an additional second pipeline bypassing the Strait of Hormuz. The new pipeline will be finished in 2027 and will double the country’s export capacity in Fujairah (the current pipeline has a capacity of 1.5-1.8m b/d)

@JohnnyDaCanuck @herncosta @SaraEisen Dude without living next door to the U.S., Canada’s economy would be nonexistent. 75% of your imports go here. And the U.S. produces more oil than Saudi Arabia and Russia…combined. We don’t need Canadian oil.

Canada is playing with fire. Canada’s auto sector is deeply integrated with the U.S. market and supply chain through the USMCA trade agreement. Cheaper Chinese EVs undercut American and Canadian production and product. This will no doubt create (more) friction and tension in US/Canada trade relationship, just as the USMCA is up for review starting July 1. Not to mention the cyber and security risks here for Canada

Chinese EVs are coming to Canada, and some dealers can't wait to sell them cnbc.com/2026/05/15/chi…

@herncosta @SaraEisen Teslas are still the best selling EVs. Chinese EVs are subsidized by the CCP and benefit from reduced labor costs. Plus the massive price war will leave some Chinese EVs bankrupt in the coming years.

@edyang73 @SaraEisen No, the Chinese evs will replace American-made evs. There are great vehicles from Europe and Asia that are better than anything from the US. American cars are crap, ask any mechanic.

@edyang73 @SaraEisen No, it's to rip up the auto pact of 1965. To this day Canada imports more cars from the US than the other way around, our best seller is the f-150, the deal was we get some of the work. You guys want to change that, fine. Lots of better vehicles out there.
