@williamwrite @RepThomasMassie Interstate Commerce Clause determines this. The Farm bill wouldn't be able to supersede it without triggering a Constitutional convention to address it.

My PRIME Act is a game changer. A pilot program for it is included in the Farm Bill.

The SAVE America Act is a disaster for democracy and I'm not going let it get passed into law. Are we seriously going to ask rural seniors to buy a $165 passport and drive miles and miles to register to vote in person?

Increase pay, why Brian??? How about sliding scale? When their students assessment scores are in the 98-100% of the world they get top pay scale, when their school is ranked in the 75% or lower they get minimum wage. I have no issue seeing educators paid top dollars, but their work product MUST be commensurate to their pay Brian! As long as the education system fails to provide a quality education to include K-12 education on American history, civics, our constitution, the founding fathers, law, case law, STEM, and trade education opportunities. Personally until school of choice is implemented nationwide I would rather not see government in the business of education.

Too bad you have no clue what you’re talking about when it comes to Springfield. 9% - Lets see someone renting a home, 750 sqft 2 bed 1 bath for $1700, raises their rates 9% this year now is $1853, next year is $2020 and so on. Yet mortgage hasn’t raised 1 cent! That’s $350 a month and just south of $4K per year.

Maybe you can help me understand why prices are up $1000 over 5 years ago? As I understand mortgages they are fixed for the term of the loan. I get property taxes but on a 800 sqft house what increase would you say $1000, divided by 12 if you made the tenant eat all of that would be under $100. I just don’t get why prices have increased exponentially?

@williamwrite @unheardparent As a landlord in Pdx the rent prices have come down…significantly and vacancies are up. So much so the city council wants to fine landlords for vacancies.
