NEW: Chilling footage taken minutes before 15-year-old is fatally shot in NYC park. The incident began as a melee, with several kids on the basketball court fighting and attacking the 15-year-old victim, identified as Jaden Pierre. Only one shot was fired, striking Jaden’s chest. He was rushed to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police are now looking for the shooter, who they say is seen in video running away while wearing a gray sweatsuit.
