@O2 Don't buy from O2. Staff don't know what they are selling and no access to data usage for 2 days. No posts from O2 advising on the problem.

@O2 So:
If I order the Ultra (36 month contract, fine), the airtime for 40Gb is £29.
If I just upgrade to a SIM only deal, the airtime is £20.
Any reason for this?
Think I might upgrade to the tariff only and get the phone direct from Samsung.
@O2 Rather than promoting new phones why don’t you focus on making the service ( I mean signal better) , you have signal and network pretty much no where, terrible service provider, Like I can’t even receive calls even in central London many times
@O2 I wouldn't trust these morons and incompetents to deliver a letter safely let alone any of this tech here. The worst mobile provider in the entire world and absolutely ever.
