@O2 make me laugh send an email for me to to pay extra to be connected to the satellite so I dont loose connection I never get 5g and am constantly loosing signal down the m56 for a 5 min journey think you should sort that first instead of a flaming satellite

Customer service across the board with companies has become TERRIBLE. AI bot chats all over the place and less human staff so responses take forever. I hate it all SMH.

@O2 thanks o2 for the upgrade. A year ago I used to get a reasonable signal @ home then it just dropped off, now I get twice as much nothing. Ur network has gone so far downhill. If I need to make a voice call while in the car I cant go more than 20 seconds without dropping out.

@O2 your customer service has been absolutely awful. I made a £200+ payment via your app to pay off my watch, and you allocated it to my airtime bill. I was on the phone to your rude team being passed around for over 40minutes, to be told they couldn’t reallocate my payment.
