@O2 Hi, I cancelled my Pay Monthly within 5 days and switched to Pay As You Go, but I keep getting incorrect bills (£24.99 → £4.84). I’ve already raised this via email. Please review and confirm this account is cleared. It’s clearly a billing error. Can someone please check this?
