Honestly, that dosen’t mean that he will not put troops since clearly there are orders on display for everyone to see, he’s simply saying that I would not tell if I were or am or will put troops on the ground in Iran, but anything we are seeing with ships being moved around and marines being called from Japan to the ME seems to point to a ground operation of some sort in Iran or at least along the coast or inside the central of the country targeting nuclear sites. So he can say whatever at this point but orders are orders. Marines are not going to Iran for vacation, it’s clearly a work trip.
